Hi I'm new to the Macaw world. I have a Quaker he's 2 yrs old now. My Macaw girl is soon to be 4 months and is still weaning. If anyone has any suggestions on training do's and don't's please let me know I have a huge corner cage for her with some toys up higher in the cage and a perch lower to the bottom where I'm going to hang some acrylic toys. I have dogs in the house so I set the cage up and they seem to be ignoring it for the most part. I know that won't be the case when I bring Loki home. I'll have my quaker Petrie in another room for about a month , just in case. Here is a picture of her as well as a picture of the cage. If anyone has an suggestions on what I should put in there or how to set it up better for her please let me know.
